Return & Exchange Eligibility

• Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
• To be eligible, the product must be:
  • Unused and unworn (where applicable)
  • In its original condition
  • Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number

Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Policy

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, Rs. 350 will be deducted as the delivery charge, and the remaining amount will be refunded using the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.
• Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.

Exchange Policy

• Products may be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
• Customers are responsible for paying the delivery charges for exchange orders.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, an alternative product or store credit may be offered.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or incorrect:

• Used or worn products
• Products without original packaging or tags
• Products damaged after delivery due to customer misuse
• Personal care or skincare products that have been opened or used (unless received damaged or defective)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
