5. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier services.
- Shop Florid is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Return & Exchange Policy
- Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
- For returns, a Rs. 350 delivery charge will be deducted from the refund amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded after inspection of the returned product.
- For exchanges, the delivery charges are payable by the customer.
- Returned or exchanged items must be unused, unworn (where applicable), in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
- Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for return or exchange.
7. Payments
- Orders must be paid using the payment methods available on the website or through Cash on Delivery (where applicable).
- Shop Florid reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if payment cannot be verified.
