Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Lahore: 1–3 business days
• Other Cities in Pakistan: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout (if applicable).
• Any promotional offer for free shipping will be clearly mentioned on the website.

Delivery Information

Order Tracking

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or incorrect address details, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Return Shipping

• Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
• For returns, Rs. 350 will be deducted from the refund amount as the delivery charge.
• For exchanges, the delivery charges are payable by the customer.

Shipping Coverage

Currently, we deliver across Pakistan. International shipping is not available unless otherwise stated.
